M v G [2020] EWHC 1450 (Fam)
In mid-February the firm received a referral from the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit (ICACU) concerning an Australian minor who was unlawfully retained in the UK.
The matter was listed for a 2-day final hearing in May 2020 and we achieved a successful outcome for the applicant father when Mrs Justice Theis ordered the summary return of the child to their home country of Australia.
