As the Director of London Family Solicitor Natalie is a Resolution accredited family law specialist specialising in financial remedies in divorce and parental child abduction. Resolution specialists are members who have submitted themselves to a rigorous assessment to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, practical application of the law and best practice. Natalie is a member of the London Regional group of Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association) and also sits on the High Court User’s Group.

For over fifteen years Natalie’s work has comprised a broad range of family matters, often involving private law children and wardship proceedings in the High Court and with a complex or international element. Natalie has been instructed by the Central Authority for England and Wales in a number of important international child abduction cases, being a panel member. She also specialises in cases involving financial provision for children and all aspects of financial provision arising out of relationship breakdown or cohabitation, such as maintenance pending suit and ToLATA applications.

Austin Chessell is a specialist family solicitor. He is also an accredited family and child mediator and PPC.

He joined London Family Solicitor in 2019.

Since qualifying as a solicitor Austin attended a Family Mediation Course in Family Mediation. He focuses mainly on divorce, financial and children matters as well as being a qualified family mediator.

Austin takes a pragmatic approach to his cases and his aim is to resolve matters without having to destroy the family.

Austin is a former Trustee of Families Need Fathers, a UK based Charitable Organization.

Austin is also a member of a Sunday league football team and sits on the committee as manager. Austin also enjoys doing 10km runs.

Shama assists with various family law cases and is able to support on Non-Molestation, Occupation Orders, Divorce and Financial Remedy Proceedings and Private Child Arrangements matters in addition to other areas. She has worked for multiple different organisations from government departments, local authorities to large corporate firms. Shama has experience in litigation, employment and also corporate and commercial law. She worked as a paralegal for KPMG LLP dealing with trader surveillance and financial crime.

In her spare time, shama enjoys travelling, keeping fit with kick boxing, swimming and running. Shama is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi basic Swahili and is currently learning French and Arabic.
